  3. Since I am new in the IT world I just recently have heard of VMware and their products. I have in fact first hand looked at their Facebook and Twitter pages, yet never really looked at the process they use to catch their audience. I found your blogpost very helpful in understanding a better way to use their social media!

  4. VMware is still selling itself to the market. It fills a very specific role to a very specific set of clients. I think it also needs to inform users on the scope and faculties that VMware offers. Microsoft is ubiquitous. Most people will use a microsoft product some time in their lives.

  5. Its good to know they keep you up to date as frequently as they do as opposed to going to microsoft.com or vmware.com and receiving periodic or random updates. I think they their updates are consumer friendly and build brand loyalty
